This product is an excellent emulsifier for essential oils. I've used it to add essential oils to a sinus rinse I use to treat chronic sinusitis. I added a small amount of vodka, then about half the polysorbate and half the essential oils (different types). After shaking it and letting it sit for a while I got a concentrate to add to my sinus flushes. Then I could easily put some concentrate in a gallon jug of distilled water. (do not use undiluted!). The quality of the product seemed excellent and easy to use and it helps to easily disperse the essential oils throughout the solution.
