Abacus Consulting has been working with us for nearly a year now, managing our new software system implementation. The team at Abacus is very committed to customer satisfaction. They are always willing to go above and beyond in order to help us get what we need, when we need it. We've had several delays in getting our project implemented, due to both external factors as well as internal issues at Abacus. When we have finally got things moving again we needed to make some changes, which they were happy to do. As a result, our system was not fully functional until mid October this year. Overall I'd recommend them - but only if you're able to commit to a long term relationship. Project management experience and project management skills; ability to work within an agile environment.
