My gravity blanket is calling me!

I've wanted to try the Gravity Blanket (genuine, not fake) for a long time because I can't sleep at night for many reasons, including worry and anxiety caused by a busy mind. it's hard to turn off at night! In October 2018, I finally purchased the 20lb Galaxy Blue Gravity Blanket (which comes with a removable, washable cover)! The size is 48 x 72 inches, which is larger than a plaid size and not the king or queen I'm used to. The photo I've provided here is just part of the quilt to show what it looks like up close (although it's not the best image). I thought it might be too hot due to its weight but it's no warmer than a thick blanket. Warmth helps create coziness that gives a sense of security (in my experience). For the first few days of using my Gravity Blanket I wasn't sure I would like it. It felt strange at first to feel 20 pounds evenly distributed all night. Then on the 7th day I put on a blanket, it wrapped me up and let me sleep well. I used to only sleep 2 hours, woke up and couldn't sleep anymore. Now I sleep 4-5 hours or more. I look forward to going to bed at night because my gravity blanket is calling my name! I've gotten used to its weight now because it offers comfort and a sense of security and is very soft. Now that the Gravity Blanket is my new best friend, I won't go to bed without it!

Pros
  • DIMENSIONS: The Gravity measures 72" x 48" and provides grounding capability for ONE USER at a time. We designed it with a quilt size so that the weight can be evenly distributed across the user and also because each user needs a weight that fits their body weight.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
