Trouble sleeping? Gravity is a premium-grade weighted blanket that uses light weight on the body to improve sleep quality. The latest generation of Gravity's Original Blanket features internal upgrades while maintaining the blanket's signature look and feel. WEIGHTS: Available in 15, 20, and 25lb options; we recommend selecting the one thatโ€™s about 10% of your body weight. Do not simply choose the heaviest option as "more heavy" does not equal "more effective"! You want one that's closest to 10% of your own body weight. DIMENSIONS: Gravity is sized 72โ€ x 48โ€, providing a grounding experience for ONE USER at a time. We designed it in this throw blanket size to allow the weight to be evenly distributed over the user and because each user requires a weight specific to their body weight. CONSTRUCTION: Exterior duvet cover is made of super soft micro-fleece. Interior weighted blanket is made of cotton and fine-grade glass beads, and is held in place inside the duvet cover by our new, upgraded zipper system. Gridded stitching on the weighted inner ensures the glass beads remain uniformly distributed during use. CARE: Duvet cover is machine washable; internal blanket is hand-wash only.

It helped me sleep through the night!

I am disabled and the weight makes it difficult for me to put it in a decorative blanket and on the bed. I bought a queen or king bed to fit my bed and wish they would have made it too at ยฃ20 instead of ยฃ35. I got a cooling bed as she had to help with the sleepers who get hot while sleeping. flash. BTW I think it did the job because I didn't wake up hot. I tucked it into a decorative blanket as the soft fluff didn't cling to my dog hair very well. The soft, fluffy coating feels veryโ€ฆ

Good investment, best sleep! The best $$ spent and made with the highest quality! The wearing comfort is amazing!

Although it doesn't fit my king size bed, it's perfect for me as I have a different duvet for the other side. I am single and this size is perfect for me. I'm 5ft 9" and about 200lbs and this 25lb option looks amazing. You literally feel like you're being squeezed, which is a pretty awesome feeling to say the least. I'm glad a friend recommended this item to me as I suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorders as well as insomnia and this blanket really helps with these conditions. I had myโ€ฆ

My gravity blanket is calling me!

I've wanted to try the Gravity Blanket (genuine, not fake) for a long time because I can't sleep at night for many reasons, including worry and anxiety caused by a busy mind. it's hard to turn off at night! In October 2018, I finally purchased the 20lb Galaxy Blue Gravity Blanket (which comes with a removable, washable cover)! The size is 48 x 72 inches, which is larger than a plaid size and not the king or queen I'm used to. The photo I've provided here is just part of the quilt to show whatโ€ฆ
