Review on Enhanced Peacock Green Liquid Dye by Rit DyeMore by Morgan Gilmore

"It can't be dyed!” was what I heard when my daughter and I discussed what we would do. We found a dress—a beautifully embroidered, beaded wedding dress—that we wanted to shorten and dye into a ball gown. "It won't stain!" "You'll ruin everything!" Well, they were wrong. This dye works great. We used the large tub, hooked up a hose to the washing machine's hot water line, and got to work in the backyard with three bottles of paint (we wanted to make sure we had enough—there was a lot of fabric!). The threads and intricate embroidery turned the dye a deep green. Little green color was needed for the beadwork. And the rest of the fabric was a lovely pale green that complemented the darker green perfectly. The crinoline (which we left attached to the paint) turned deep blue, the perfect shade that came out as she twirled. We were amazed at the variety of colors that the dye left us. We had no idea what the end result would be, but we couldn't be happier.
