From the start I had problems with intermittent computer crashes that required restarts. (Note that I am running two monitors, one via HDMI and the other via Displayport. Also note that I need this computer for work.) I contacted the seller (Kingdel). They insisted that the problem was software related and that I should restart my computer and reinstall Windows 10. I followed her advice several times. Failures have become more frequent. Finally, after eliminating all possible stress factors, it turns out that the source of the problem is the HDMI interface. It even fails with simple Windows running video streaming - with a single HDMI monitor. When I use the display port as the only monitor, the system does not crash. Now for the really ugly part of my experience. Kingdel insists that I ship the device back to China at my own expense. If their diagnostic crackers can't reproduce the bug, I'll have to pay to get it back to me. Knowing that KingDel is based in Hong Kong, I also mistakenly purchased the "ASURION 2 Year Desktop Protection Plan with Technical Support" only to find out that support begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires. So what to do - I'm forced to use Kingdel as a headless computer (without displays and keyboard) via Windows Remote Desktop. It works well. Once my current work project is finished uploading, I either ship it back to China for service or β if the manufacturer's warranty has expired β I get the tech support I thought I bought in the beginning. cheated? Absolutely - by everyone involved. 1. Revain, as usual, prefers not to use the fine print regarding manufacturer's warranty or after-sales service. 2. Kingdel service is aggressive towards its customers.
