After I put the thing on everything was fine. How can you do that. Here's the trick. First, let me say that I'm the only person in my family who installs Gorilla Glass of any kind. I have this art, perfection. Usually. These "instructions" that come with the kit leave a lot to be desired. It didn't stay on the iPad so I got MESS on the first glass! Even after "tinkering" with it, straightening out, taking out the bubbles, etc. So I waited for the case I ordered to arrive and insert glass #2. I was a lot wiser this time and checked and checked and checked the instructions as I put the jar down. Even then I still had blisters. Something I'm relatively famous for NOT getting. I've been able to get most of these with a credit card, and my second try doesn't make me unhappy. Now it works, works without any complaints. I'm not sure I would choose this brand for iPad again. Have used it multiple times for our phones but wasn't as good/easy on the big screen.
