The disappointment is complete, the product is not at all what I imagined.

We bought two identical watches for our sons by the beginning of school in August in the Beeline salon for a promotion with crediting most of the money for the watch. A month later, the watch stopped working. They took it to the salon where they were bought under warranty. For some, the charging cable is out of order - they said this often happens. The second ones "did not start", they were sent to a service center. Where did the paradoxical answer come from: 1) "flooding" - despite the fact that the box has a degree of IP67 and a child of 6 years old did not plunge into the depths of the sea with them. If there was a flood, then due to the marriage of the hull; 2) "repair in an unauthorized center" - the clock was transferred to the beeline with all the boxes and receipts in a month and before that no one touched it, because. it makes no sense they are guaranteed and the salon is at hand, therefore Beeline sent them to an unauthorized center, where they opened them and wrote about it in the conclusion; 3) "unauthorized opening" - the watch was handed over in the same appearance as it was bought, even with a film on the screen, there was no damage to the case, therefore it was opened in the "Unauthorized Service" (Serviceprovider) where Beeline sent them; 4) "unauthorized opening" - it is already clear that they were opened in the same place - see clauses 2 and 3. A statement on the absurdity of the conclusions of the service to Beeline received a letter yesterday that the service is right and we will not return the money to you. Therefore, the cost of the watch is too high - in fact, this is a sample from the Sadovod market. Beeline service is terrible, the company does not delve into the essence of the claims. The damage is small - the watch cost 5,000, it's more expensive to sue. But I made conclusions about the Elari brand and in my skepticism towards Beeline I established myself.

Pros
  • They don't look bad. Favorable offer from Beeline. Good location tracking.
Cons
  • The straps are weak. Reception is weak, they often fly out of the network, but this is probably Beeline's fault. The charging cable wears out quickly. Water resistance is not as advertised. Warranty obligations are not respected.
