Disappointed with the purchase, useless products.

On the official website razer. Com it can be bought separately, there is no Razer website on the 2022 website and they give a replacement, as I understand it, only if you bought the product on their website. I contacted amazon support with a problem, they offered to return the money within 10 days (I bought it on New Year's holidays, there is no such price anymore) they can’t give a replacement, only a refund

I really like the mouse itself, as I understand it, this situation is rare, but I am disappointed with the purchase because of this. I advise you to buy this mouse in dns or other stores, so that in the event of such a marriage, you can get a replacement under warranty and not wait

Pros

Comfortable, lightweight mouse, cool ergonomics for a palm grip, tactilely pleasant, the hand does not sweat and the mouse does not slip in the palm of your hand. Serial matched, online warranty issued

Cons

The utility is 5 out of 10, it could be better, not the most intuitive interface, Logitech's utilities are much better. 2.4 ghz usb dongle not working. It is the same small adapter so that the mouse works without a wire. It is apparently defective, since the mouse works on bt, but the sensor polling frequency is no more than 300hz, which is bad for games. The adapter itself, when connected to a PC (via a razer extension cable or usb port, it doesn't matter), simply turns on and off. As if contacts are leaving
