5'6", 151 lbs. 38DDD(F). Wear a large top. Usually they prefer a fitted top. This is true to size. I bought size XL because I wanted to wear them with fleece lined tights. I'm always cold so I wanted a real sweatshirt. This isn't your ordinary cotton sweatshirt, it's very soft, like velvet. No fleece, but so soft. inside and out. Me bought one to try then bought 3 more large ones as the very large one fell on my fingertips and looked quite sloppy it warms me up and I really like it in my normal large size which is about an inch above my butt at the top of my thigh area If you're shorter than me and want more coverage, you'll get plenty.
