Reportedly a smooth and bubble free installation if the instructions are followed. The first is partially true, the second seems not - and this is not entirely the Creator's fault. I put screen protectors on at least the second generation Palm Pilot; i am not new This is not an easy task. The included frame helps solve the straightness issue, but I had to repeat the initial placement on all three attempts. The bubble problem is less solvable: the problem is not the dust on the screen, but the dust that gets inside and sticks to the adhesive side of the screen. A stain is equal to a bubble, and the stain cannot be removed without leaving marks on the adhesive. In short, this is a material problem. Therefore, Sparin's claims of getting rid of blisters are disingenuous. All this to say that you do not see bubbles while working, but unattractive things when the screen is off. And an extra layer of glass is a real protection in my experience. The price is quite modest. So we're deducting three stars for over-the-top straightness and bubbles and some level of deception, but not for an outright denial of a purchase.
