Great product with lots of room for improvement!

*two stars due to battery issues detailed below. 100% would buy again if I couldn't find a brand that offered something better * Product combined with the right preparation gives incredible results! The only complaint concerns the battery and the display. There is no way of telling how much the battery on the collar actually has, and it needs to be charged daily. The remote shows a full charge until it suddenly runs out, so you can't tell if it's broken or if the battery is dead until you plug it in. I have a husky and her fur keeps the needles from touching her skin. I ordered the 3/4" and 1" contacts separately and would highly recommend the longer ones for the skinner pups. * Be sure to read the fine print when purchasing! They are often sold individually and it sucks when you're expecting two! but I hate the unfinished look. I have my own collars that I would swap it for, but the holes in the loops that hold it in place are too tight and narrow for the buckles to fit through. I like that the charger comes with a splitter to charge the remote and device. At the same time, it is convenient and reduces the use of outlets. Overall a great article with lots of room for improvement. Suggestions: * I know, I know. I'm a spoiled kid.*• Bluetooth availability and battery monitoring app. • Car or cell phone charger • Collar options other than the same standard collar offered at initial purchase • A carabiner or elastic button key fob may be available. The button is inconvenient like a wristband and gets in the way of training in the palm of your hand • Personalization options • Contact size options on initial purchase

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
