Terrible quality and the fabric smells like spoiled fish

It was the worst quality. The material of the dress was rough and had a terrible smell. It smelled of fish, like from a fishery. Photos on the Internet look much better than live.

Pros

Loose flower petals float around the edges of a tulle skirt. The waist is embellished with a cute flower at the front to make this dress more elegant and slim.
