I recently bought a trailer that did not have a jack wheel attached and was a bit awkward to maneuver due to its weight and size so I bought this item and so Des further. I'm glad I did. Very easy to install after watching a youtube video on how to install it on my own and I installed it in less than 15 minutes. Now I don't have to rack my brains trying to move my trailer and seeing how easy it folds up for towing is a bonus. Regular maintenance and this item should last for many years.
