Disconnect the battery before installation.
Installation on the 2001 Chevy Venture LT V6 3.4L was challenging due to restricted access to the EGR system. Car started after installation, CEL stayed on. Disconnected battery for a day and restarted. The CEL has expired and the machine runs perfectly. Fixed code P1404.
