I suffered from plantar fasciitis for a long time which was starting to affect the tendons and I developed Achilles tendinitis. I decided to try this product. I will say that this harness brought me such relief that I am very glad I bought it. Sold as a pair at this price and was expecting 2 of these but it was a strap. Even if you have any problems, give this product a try. I could not walk down the stairs properly before wearing this belt due to severe pain, I had to walk sideways. much better. I hope this will help me heal my current issues and I will no longer be in pain all day long. A good start is still far away!
