I am very happy with this setup for the most part. I will say that the wireless connection didn't work for me, there were a lot of drops and lags anyway. This may not have anything to do with the system itself as I have a lot of wireless devices so I ended up connecting a network cable to each camera, now they work perfectly. I know most of you will say why are you buying it if the wifi isn't the best whoever wants to run all those cables has your right and if I knew I could save a few bucks and get all the straight- Buy wire cameras. However, there are features you won't find on other cameras, PIR I think that's what they call it for motion detection, it saves a lot of false alarms because it's detecting body heat, not just objects or things. Rain, wind, rustling leaves, it doesn't work every time it happens and I love that part of it. One thing I don't like when something moves too fast is blur. If someone just walks and stops and turns around that's fine, but like me, people run to my front door and drop a package, it's just blurry, I hate that part. Customer service sucks, I actually know more than I think they know. I had a problem, it took several emails and until now they didn't give me the right answer to solve the problem. The solution was to download the latest firmware, actually it was already up to date and working fine before the firmware update. When they told them that, everyone fell silent, and nothing has been heard since. So I suspect that one day if something goes wrong with me it will just be a runaway because they clearly aren't going to help. It's a good setup so it's not all bad.
