I've only used this backpack a few dozen times since I bought it (I don't use it every day) So it's still very new.The other day I went to the top pocket zipper and the lace broke (see photo).I can't fix it as the cord is welded to the inside of the plastic tongue.How are they made so cheap?It is an $80 backpack Tips/First Impressions: IMPORTANT: This is a really thin laptop backpack AND IS NOT a regular sized backpack that "also fits a laptop" It makes sense? - Laptop, sneakers/clothing will fit and then this bag is FULL. If you want more space. Another bag is probably better for your needs. Well, to know and understand it. This is the MOST AMAZING backpack I have ever seen. Period!- Premium Durable Ko instruction. This bag will last! - The bag is durable and has structure. It is neither loose nor baggy like a deflated balloon. - It's EXCELLENT, the straps fit just right! I don't want to take them off. - The back of the bag looks better than the front of most competitor bags. - Lots and lots of pockets, pen slots, purses/small notebooks, etc. There's a lot to lose in this bag. - The top pocket is fully lined on the outside with luxurious thick faux fur. This confused me, but I quickly realized that this is the pocket where you put your iPod, iPhone and other gadgets you don't want to scratch. GENIUS attention to detail! I've noticed that people often ask me about the bag! Access to the main compartment is about 30% of what you would expect from a normal backpack (there is no zipper on the sides). I LOVE it mainly because it keeps everything from squirting out. But since the bag is black on the inside, it can be difficult to find small items on the bottom unless you're in a well-lit room. - Great travel carry-on / airport companion bag! - Stylish urban professional design. in one. Highly recommend if you are looking for a compact profile bag that looks great and is versatile. BUT, if you're looking for a backpack that has plenty of room for stuff alongside your laptop, this isn't the bag for you. They really reinvented the backpack!
