I use it for everything: face wash, body wash and shampoo. I don't need more when showering. It makes my skin soft and smooth. Plus it's the best shampoo for my hair - it doesn't make my scalp produce more sebum and my hair feels so light and easy to style. skin has improved significantly. So I would recommend it to everyone.
