The only wish is that both straps are elastic. An inelastic band will take longer to adjust. The only problem is when it's cold and I have to put the bibs on and off. Likewise. The lid rivet leaves gaps that allow dirt to get between the lid and the gasket. It's not too bad considering how good the sealing is. In my work it can be a problem if the fine gravel used slips off and needs to be removed from time to time. So far I like them and will recommend them to my colleagues.
