I'm writing this while the floor is drying and the features I like are still fresh in my mind. 1) The mop head returns to its original position. ready to go towards wash water. So what. I don't have to touch a dirty head to fix it. 2) The side of the squeegee is positioned so you don't have to rotate the wet squeegee to insert it. So what? You won't spill water anywhere...it will flow back onto the wet side or the side of the mop. I did NOT spill any water while doing 2 rooms. 3) I am totally disabled in a wheelchair so I have a cleaning lady once a week. It uses a high-performance centrifugal spinning piece. I tried to use it but it's very hard not to spill it all over the place and impossible to pick up and drop it. THIS IS EXACTLY THE RIGHT SIZE. It's perfect for small midweek cleanings... 4) The soft rubber plugs to drain the water from the bottom simply push in. drop. They also came in very handy when washing dishes. you take them out Grab a showerhead or kitchen spray and it cleans great. The dirt inside is simply washed away, leaving a clean bucket. It was nice. The pen is then stored in a bucket and has a very small footprint to do its job. MAKE SURE to watch the manufacturer's video at the bottom of the screen. This is a very accurate and good representation of how the device works. The only thing I would wish for more is a little more hard work, but then you lose what I like most, which is the ability to move it so easily. In fact, I kept the bucket on my lap when moving from one place to another. It was nice to have extra mop heads (6). Hope that helps. For your health
