I really like how customizable this is! It's almost too easy to make changes so that it suits you perfectly, without having any technical knowledge of code editing or development tools such as JIRA/Redmine etc.. We are able to track our pipeline very easily with all their stages including estimated spendings for each stage & user info from email activity in order to understand who needs coaching most effectively when they're onboarding new customers through e-mail marketing campaigns - which means we can reduce customer dropout rates by making sure people get what they need before disengaging because there isn't enough value proposition offered at first go around (usually via an initial sales call).
