I like this adapter. Well made, all metal. The dust filter is easy to remove and wash, and the stock fan can be replaced with your choice of fan if you want something with better airflow and/or lower noise levels. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is very difficult to pull the tab and open the door. to reveal the dust filter - I have to use a flat head screwdriver to open it. I bought this to increase the hard drive capacity in my medium tower. It only has room behind the motherboard for 3 drives as I had to remove the cage from the front of the case to make room for the front heatsink and pump/reservoir. However, I had two spare 5.25" drive bays and this product was just what I needed. Most of the other products I saw were expensive hot-swappable units with no dust filters, and only about half of them were all black to match the inside of my case.
