Review on 🌬️ White Sharp KC-860U Plasmacluster Triple Action Air Purifier Humidifier, Covers 341 Square Feet by Melissa Gonzalez

We have recently purchased three KC860U units through Revain. All give off a sour smell. I cleaned the deodorizing and moisture filters 2 times according to the instructions but it didn't help. When we complained to Sharp and asked for new filters, we were told the filters were out of warranty. Sharp does not sell defective products, regardless of whether certain parts are excluded from the guarantee or not. This is very disappointing as we have been using Sharp air purifiers for over ten years (4x FPN60CX, 4x FPR65CX, 4x KC860U ie we bought 12 of them). From the looks of it, we won't be buying their air purifiers again.
