My facial hair is very dark and dense. To be honest my beard has hit more than one trimmer in its time, one trimmer even threw sparks before it turned off the circuit breaker. So of course I get all sorts of losses, and romantic companions have previously complained about the stiffness of my beard. This shampoo works great! It has a good smell that isn't overpowering and dissipates in a few minutes after drying my beard (which I prefer). I use beard care products like beard oils or balms to perfume my beard throughout the day (see Badass Beard Care's Ladies Man Scent). Shampoo is like a bar of soap that lasts a long time if you're careful to take it out of the shower so it doesn't melt. Cleans my beard and the skin underneath well and transforms my coarse, unruly beard into a soft and fluffy trophy beard. I used to get pimples under my beard because other shampoos had trouble cleaning the skin deep under my mane, but with this shampoo I had clear skin! You will be amazed how important a quality shampoo is!
