Review on πŸ‘– Cotton Military Belt with Black Chrome Buckle - Accessories for Boys by John Jones

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A suitable replacement for the 1971 Army version.

I only needed a cotton belt, not the brass buckle that came with it. Currently, the style of buttonholes and lace fabric straps is too tight and uncomfortable for me; Although my 1971 army uniform no longer fitted me because I was getting fat, I kept this simple black field-style open buckle that only required a cotton belt for a custom fit. I've already tried it with a webbing, made from hemp but as others have pointed out the hemp material is too flimsy and will slip through army buckles. I also used a cotton belt from another manufacturer in the past, but after a year of use, the top edge of this belt began to fray and the threads began to look unsightly.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE. THERE'S NEVER A PROBLEM TO REMOVE. You can always rely on this buckle. The buckle and the tip of the belt are detachable, easy to change and replace. The buckle has a slide closure that secures the belt in the right place.
Cons
  • So far so good
