Out of order: Computer and accessories

I only encountered problems with programming. I got this for a project for my son and I. I spent over 6 hours trying to figure out why 1 piece of programming code isn't working. The keyestudio site didn't help. Instructions where there is no help and technical support. After finding out how to fix the problem on YouTube, I downloaded this app. Let me tell you this app if I could give negative stars I would. It looks like someone made it in 5 minutes. Oh by the way, IT DOESN'T WORK. Every time you connect, Bluetooth gives error 15 and a bunch of Chinese inscriptions. and, as I said, no technical support. I will never buy another Keyestudio product again
