I was thrilled when they arrived but I was very disappointed. Pros: The app shows promise and if it worked properly, it would be great. The Bad: The app hangs in alert mode. So once you set the threshold and the alarm goes off, that port becomes useless because every time you plug a probe into the same port, it assumes that the previous boss's threshold has been reached. Styli are not accurate at all! I put two probes in the leg of lamb in the same spot, one 50F higher than the other. When the bottom gauge hit 200F, I checked again with an additional gauge and the meat was down to just 150F. I checked with a third probe and found my meat was at 150F. So the probes are not consistent or accurate!
