Review on Black Huawei FreeBuds 3 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds for Superior Sound by Ada Marna Maria ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A normal product, but they wanted more for the money.

In general, the headphones suit me. The role that I gave them, they fulfill. I wanted wireless earbuds, not earplugs, so there are simply no other options (except AirPods, but I have Android). Has pros: The only earbuds (not earplugs) on the market other than Apple AirPods. Nice clean sound. Quite stylishly done. Quality materials. High-quality manufacturing of the case and the headphones themselves. With its cons. 1. Sometimes the sound lags far behind the picture. Most of all I notice when I watch YouTube on my phone. Wildly annoying. Sometimes I even switch to other headphones. 2. It seems that noise reduction does not work here. In the proprietary application, there is some kind of twist, which supposedly should set something up. How uncool it is, extraneous sounds still remain. Moreover, some noises, buzzing and so on begin to mix with them. I didn’t have time to test it on the street, but in the apartment the windows face the street and I consider the test environment acceptable. 3. Use their proprietary protocol to transmit high quality audio. Since this standard is supported only in Huawei devices, when connected to the phone, I received the AAC codec, and to the MacBook in general SBC. Fortunately, I dug up instructions on the Internet on how to start AAC with Bluetooth headphones on a laptop, but still this is not the maximum that they are capable of. 4. Connecting to a laptop every time is a pain. You open the case, the headphones happily connect to the laptop, and after a second they are cut off. You have to go to the laptop menu and click "Connect", then they come to their senses. The phone connects fine. 5. One earpiece sits concretely before the second. Apparently, because it acts as a leader, and the second earpiece is a slave. 6. Extremely idiotic shape of the body and seats for headphones. You have to insert, holding the case back and forth and the right earpiece goes to the left position, and the left one to the right. Holding it in a normal way and inserting it will not work, as each earpiece will have to be turned 180 degrees after you take it out of your ear. Another problem is that the headphones sometimes turn in this groove of the case and do not sit on the charge themselves, you have to correct it. If you feel somewhere live, you will understand what I'm talking about. 7. Headphones are charged by contact. In the case at the bottom of the headphone well there is one contact, and at the top there is a second contact. 8. Given the shortcomings described, I think that the price is too high. 10k is not worth it, for 5k it would be quite possible to take.
