So I've been on and off this product for about 2 months and here are my mental notes on the product: 1. You need to be in a calorie deficit for this to work as intended . It's not a magic pill, you have to work with it to reap the benefits. If your body is able to burn stored fat, the ingredients in this supplement will aid in the process. If you are not used to mild or strong stimulants, take half the dose first to assess your tolerance. too much at once can produce an uncomfortable reaction (i.e. literally just exposure to stimulants, increased heart rate, respiratory rate, sweating, indigestion, nausea, etc.). if you are familiar with the effects of strong stimulants and feel comfortable, take the full dose.3. YOU MUST TAKE THIS WITH FOOD. My experience with this involves an increase in body temperature as a result of an increase in heart rate and respiratory rate. This is a strong reaction, but eating helps mitigate this effect, making it less uncomfortable. Exercise is not required but is recommended with this product, although this exercise involves 3 30 minute walks per week. Use that boost of energy to get that little bit more out of this product. I suggest taking this ONLY on workout days to avoid stimulant desensitization. Others in the reviews have stated that they felt demotivated after about 2 weeks of use. I suspect this is due to the body getting used to the frequency and dosage of the supplement. Staggered intake can not only maximize the effects of the supplement when used in conjunction with physical activity, but can also help prevent the formation of tolerance and diminishing effects. Conclusion: This product works. It requires your diet to work together to work as intended. Go into a calorie deficit (20% to 25% maintenance calorie deficit eg 2500 × 0.2 = 500, 2500-500 = 2000 -> 20% deficit), exercise to your heart's content and be patient.
