There were two 500 GB hard drives, and while working with the first one, it accidentally fell from the system unit to the floor (the computer was on the floor at the time), causing the entire disk to fail. The use time for this drive was approximately one month. It was replaced under the terms of the warranty for exactly the same reason; but, one week later, the son accidently dropped it from his meter height onto the floor (linoleum), and all of the hard drives were destroyed. Instead, they presented me with a Transcend StoreJet 25A3K, about which there is scant information because it is intended almost exclusively for use in military endeavors. (although there is no rubber shell), I withdrew it off the old Transcend TS1TSJ25M2, which is permanently attached to the TV with cartoons; it's only that this new one is quite slippery after using those rubber ones) At this time, we are dissatisfied with the brand.
