Very nicely packaged and professional looking. The fragrance cartridge is in a sealed foil pouch that can be opened. So I opened the scent cartridge and mint e-liquid flooded me, not knowing if the cartridge was leaking or if it was something else. The clear window looked like it was 3/4 full, so it's possible it leaked. I put it in the car and it snapped in nicely. I pressed the button and this ultra-fine vapor escaped. Had a taste and it wasn't bad. Actually quite nice. I've tipped it up and down and shook it and no liquid has spilled. There is also a small rubber stopper that needs to be removed from the top of the cartridge. When not in use, there is a small transparent cover to protect the spray head. I charged it via USB C and it slowly flashed purple and when fully charged it lit up. It keeps you warm when the battery is low, but you have to remove the cartridge to see how much liquid is left. The only other downside aside from the leak is that I can't see where to get refills.
