I like that it is very simple for me as someone who has never used this software before! It was difficult at first but once you get use to how everything works (and there are tons of videos online) then things become easier than ever with no issues remaining in my opinion. If your looking for something super user friendly try out maildroop - just make sure they have good support available if needed. We can easily send mass email campaigns which we need done quickly without having our team members spend time doing so themselves manually via other means such as excel etc..
