Not quite enough traction for my purposes

I bought this because my older dog is have troubling getting up from slick floors like hard wood and tile. These shoes provide a little bit more traction but not enough. I with they were silicone on the bottom, in fact I tried adding silicone to the bottom and that worked better but the silicone will not stay on these shoes.

Product exactly as described, fits perfectly on our 100lb PitBull...

Cons

Got a small and according to size chart should have fit but way to big
