True, as soon as I put it on, my back felt better. The body strap keeps the shoulder straps from riding up (I had this issue with my old VIBO brand brace). The neoprene-like shoulder straps are flexible, so they flex when needed, and since they're attached to the harness, they don't dig into my armpits like they do on the VIBO model. I usually wear the VIBO brand when I go for a walk, but I keep adjusting the straps. I like to wear this back brace at home for comfort and pain relief. Last but not least, the belt supports my back (which I appreciated right away the first time I put it on) and also keeps the belts from slipping in my armpits. . The straps are really comfortable but strong enough to stretch your shoulders. So far, so good!
