This product is being used to patch small rusty holes in the floor of my van where there was a significant leak. It was easy to apply and cured quickly. The product heats up when mixed and you don't have much working time. The kit contains enough product to patch 3-4 small patches. The most annoying thing is the fiberglass mesh. Overall I'm very happy with the product and I'm sure the rusty metal spots are covered. I prepped the area with a wire brush to remove old rust and cleaned thoroughly with water then allowed to dry before applying the product.
