Review on WebScoot by Ken Arellano

The support team was very helpful when we first signed up! They were always quick to respond or resolve any issue - no matter how small it seemed at time (or big). There are some things I really like about their service such as being able to upgrade my plan without having an in person meeting with someone from them; they let me do this online which makes sense since our business does not have many locations but still want great customer experience all over country/world wide etc... The support team are amazing! They helped me get my site up in only one day after we spoke about all our needs. I honestly couldn't be happier with their service or how helpful they were to us when setting things up initially (and then again later). Nothing really - everything has worked seamlessly so far since going live as advertised. There's not much you can ask for from an agency like this anyway but if there was something specific it would have been great because otherwise I'm happy :).
