Review on ☕️ Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee: Organic Fair Trade Blend with Lions Mane, Chaga & Mushroom Powder, Boost Focus & Immune Support - 10 Count by Gerard Hudson

I was very excited when the product arrived today and was expecting a noticeable improvement in alertness and concentration as advertised, but I have to say I was very disappointed when I found that it's a lot less caffeine which I normally take (only 50mg per packet), between 160 and 200mg of caffeine for energy drinks which I normally drink, and for caffeine tablets of 200mg each I have 2 packets first taken before eating anything during the day. I was expecting that Lion's Mane Mushroom and Rhodiola alone would produce additional effects that I would notice and that with 2 sachets equivalent to 100mg of caffeine at least some energy would be noticed. Sorry to say that but after 1/2 hour I didn't notice anything at all so I added 2 more packages. This extra serving would give me a total of 200mg of caffeine in addition to 4x Lion's Mane and Rhodiola which I thought would definitely give me extra energy and increase focus and concentration. It's been an hour now and unfortunately I don't feel anything here at all as far as energy is concerned and the slightest impact, if any, on focus and concentration. I'm seriously considering mixing 2 more sachets or drinking another energy drink as the effects are so weak it's almost non-existent. ordered a few high scorers separately to see what they could actually do to improve their focus and concentration. But as for this product, it's too weak to be considered by someone who wants to improve their mental abilities in terms of focus, concentration or memory, which is what I found here after taking 4 servings on an empty stomach have experienced. in the stomach, and it's so low in caffeine that it's like a couple of cups of water, maybe with some sugar in my opinion. promises it's too weak to really make a difference and one of those products that unfortunately falls into the waste of money column for me, although I really wanted this product to please when I ordered it and while waiting for it to arrive. It didn't live up to my expectations and I certainly wouldn't recommend it or order it again for myself.
