Easy to use. It's just a silicone strap that you attach to your bike's handlebars and you poke a hole in the hook to hold it in place. You then press the two small plastic pieces at the bottom to open the holder, where it "squees" your phone in place and holds it firmly. The holder can be rotated vertically or horizontally. I love its simplicity and how easy it is to turn the phone on and off. The grip is pretty firm and I wasn't worried about my phone falling out of the holder itself. The only reason I took the sprocket off is because the rubber band wasn't giving my handlebars enough traction. After about 20 minutes of driving on the road, the weight of my iPhone 11 Pro Max caused the mount to slide down. My belt was too tight. A bit tighter and I felt like it would stretch too much for the next hole. Finally, the band is just silicone and I was afraid that if I pulled hard I would break it. All in all, this is a good phone holder. It slides minimally downhill, but I haven't tested it on dirt/bumpy roads yet. I will edit this review if anything changes.
