No one is perfect but chatty makes it seem as if you are chatting with another person which i like very much since it helps me feel connected even when I'm miles away from my family and friends. It's also helpful for people that have speech impediments or any other difficulty in talking and not everyone has good grammar so this is really nice! We use chat pretty often within our team because we live by projects and are constantly working at different times around the world but sometimes it gets hard to connect instantly just like texting via text messages. The only thing would be more social media features could help keep up with competition who provide video call services etc. Our business needs text messaging (for texting clients) as well as voice communication through phone calls that our staff members receive daily during work hours. Now they can also communicate with them with ease using a smart device which is easy and cheap too. The best thing about chatty is that it makes the application more interactive with the users. It also enables us to integrate other external services into our application. I have not yet come across any dislike or criticism about this product. So far so good! I would definitely recommend using this software. We are using chatty to make our application more interactive with the users.
