Slides Smoothly and is of high quality

Perfect for great detail. Extremely easy to use. Absorbs water easily. Works well with several different types of paint. Very easy to clean using simply water and dish soap or if you're working with oil paints the brushes can be cleaned easily with baby oil from the Dollar Tree. You get a bunch of packs of the same paint brushes so you can literally use one pack for acrylic paint, a second one for strictly oil paint, another for watercolors and the rest for pretty much as backups or simply to be used to not have to continuously rinse the same brush when switching from one color to another. These brushes are absolutely perfect! I highly recommend them. They glide easily on paper yet are textured enough to paint upon ceramics or a smooth surface that is non-abrasive. They do work on semi abrasive wood that has not been sanded very well, but in time it would ruin the brush if not done carefully. The item is exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition. They had no smell and no dust on them whatsoever. They were packaged well enough that you can put them back into the little bags they come out of individually. All of the brushes were there and accounted for. No damages. The handle of the brushes are smooth and will not give you splinters. The handle is easy to use with your fingers for painting with the brush, just like using a pencil except much better and more elegant. The bristles of the brushes are bound quite well and do not tend to fall out while painting such as other brushes tend to do. The quality is very good. I highly recommend this item to classrooms of all ages and beginner painters.

Pros
  • Really good deal for the money.
Cons
  • The set may be too costly for some artists, especially those who are just starting out
