I've been feeding my bitch Nutro dry and wet food since we rescued her a year ago. She gets bored with the taste of wet food, so I switch flavors every two months. That last change was a nightmare. My dog had diarrhea after his first meal of tender chicken, carrot and pea stew. A few days later I took her to the vet. I kept her on a simple diet for a few days until she got better. I started feeding her again and she got sick again. This time vomiting and diarrhea. She felt better and I fed her again. After $350 in vet bills and lab tests, I finally found out it was food. I had no reason to believe that food made her sick. I trusted Nutro but no more. My poor girl had to endure this for three weeks because of this horrible food.
