Our dogs love love love it

We feed our two 10# Chihuahuas both wet (3/4 can for two) and dry (they chew during the day but not much). hard and regular droppings. They prefer the taste of beef or lamb. They'll eat the chicken when they get it, but I don't buy it anymore. "B" always chooses peas. It's funny to see a plate full of peas on his plate. "Pi" dances and eats every plate as if it were her last meal. We believe that before she came to us she was a puppy factory dog. She also eats her peas B. When it's done, thereโ€ฆ

Do not be afraid! for dogs

I do not buy this product regularly, but I have in the past. It looks like the coronavirus pandemic has impacted the availability and prices of canned dog food and lately I've been struggling to find quality and inexpensive lamb products. I happened to see a Nutro brand lamb stew for sale and bought a box, despite some recent reports complaining of an unwanted formula change. I'm here to let you know that I (and my 2 dogs) are very happy with our purchase. The jar is full of dark meat and myโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Almost never

I'm sick of canned dog food (and in many cases dry food) constantly adjusting their prices. One week 11 p.m., next week 11 p.m. - you have nerves. This is good dog food, but please stabilize the prices and stop messing with us. Otherwise, Wmart has them for a fixed price and I just buy them there. : Blue constantly increases prices, decreases a little, increases again ad nauseam). Hmm, I think the big boys from Nutro said: Wow, we do that too! you are shameless Stop doing that.

Dogs like it, but old stock?

My dogs didn't eat the standard store food (healthy and nutritious) so the vet recommended several brands that dogs might find tastier. One of the less expensive brands (some cost over $60 a bag) seemed to do the trick. The dogs started eating again. I started with Nurtro from the pet store ($50 pack, 12 cans about $23), it did well. When I got them from the internet the glasses seemed "dry" like they were old. Can't tell they were old but some wet stuff seemed to be stuck to the top of theโ€ฆ

My bitch got sick from the food

I've been feeding my bitch Nutro dry and wet food since we rescued her a year ago. She gets bored with the taste of wet food, so I switch flavors every two months. That last change was a nightmare. My dog had diarrhea after his first meal of tender chicken, carrot and pea stew. A few days later I took her to the vet. I kept her on a simple diet for a few days until she got better. I started feeding her again and she got sick again. This time vomiting and diarrhea. She felt better and I fed herโ€ฆ

Excellent dog food. Best in Food

We have always fed our dogs this brand and they all live to old age with minimal health problems. A few years ago we lost one of our dogs and it was a medium sized dog who was only 18 years old. He never had any health problems until he was diagnosed with cancer, which quickly killed him. Now we feed it to our little dogs and they are all quite healthy. (Of course we don't feed them human food or junk food.) We usually feed them kibble, but we feed this wet food to our very old Chihuahua whoโ€ฆ

My older dog loves it

I have always bought Hill's Science Diet dog food for my dog and he just loved every food. However, as he gets older and loses his usual large appetite, I have to find ways to get him to eat. I've alternated the flavors of his Hill brand wet food to mix it with the pellets, but he still refuses to eat (even wet food) at times. I even cooked homemade meals for him and it worked for a while. I finally tried Nutro Hearty Stew and I can say he really liked it. He ate anything I mixed with hisโ€ฆ
