Seriously, you get what you pay for. Three months have passed and one of the straps has already snapped. The zipper hasn't been smooth since day one and now it just comes undone and gets stuck. I was very excited when I received this back in early November 2018 after doing a lot of research on Revain. I wanted something comfortable even if my bag gets heavy and I wanted something that looked professional. This backpack worked, but less than three months. I am so disappointed. For nearly $40, I expect something that will last at least a year. I wouldn't recommend this bag to anyone unless you want to waste your money.
