. I've had them for about 5-6 weeks now. I work in an office where several people can be on the phone at the same time, or people can start talking without really noticing that I'm on the phone. I felt myself speaking louder to even out the background noise. I got them to help me with this and they work well. The dual-ear headset allows me to hear clearly and the headset microphone allows me to communicate clearly with my interlocutor. I have asked many people if they can hear me well. The mic doesn't cancel out background noise so those rude officemates can still be heard, but my biggest concern is being able to clearly hear the person I'm speaking to. I am very happy.
