The user interface is very intuitive! I am able to find what I need quickly without much training - even if I'm not familiar with the system at first. There are some modules which seem difficult to use but once figured out they're super helpful (e.g., Candidate Profile). We've been using Klimb since we started our agency several years ago. This has allowed us to keep track of candidates through their entire application process. This also allows us to make sure they know when/how soon to expect feedback from us. Our biggest challenge right now is keeping up with data changes within the platform. Sometimes I forget to update my preferences or change filters so I don't see certain things. Other times I go back weeks later only to realize something changed while I was away. If someone doesn't like this type of thing, then perhaps they aren't looking.
