Review on 🚲 SHIMANO PD-ED500 SPD Pedal for Cycle Touring by Sam Duppa

4 stars because it's a great product but even in the tightest position it's still quite loose and I open too easily. Sometimes when I press the pedal too fast they disengage and it's very frustrating when I'm running or climbing. But I would still buy it again, just something to note. Also, they're not that easy. February 2019: Rating Update - changed from 4 stars to 1 star. Even on the hardest setting it loosened even more and now I have to buy new ones. Every time I start running or climbing, I unbuckle without even trying to unbuckle. And it slows me down a lot. Now I need stiffer pedals, and unfortunately they are useless. Now I have to buy new pedals. I wanted to like them but now they were a waste of money.
