As a programmer who works in front of a screen all day I bought these to cut more blue light than my other computer glasses. They add a pretty heavy yellow cast to the screen, as probably expected, but my eyes feel great even after a long day behind the screen. They have significant reflection, in the sense that when you use them with a light in the room you see the reflection off the sides of the glasses, which is a little distracting. They're great in a dark room, so they're probably IDEAL for gamers. Good build quality for the price. I would probably buy them again, even with the reflection "problem".
