Excellent tool that helped us increase engagement with visitors

The best part about this software was its ability to engage users in conversation by allowing them access through our website or mobile app! It's free for small businesses so we didn't have any issues using it as long as they had enough traffic (we did). They need more features like live chat integration but I believe those are coming soon now too because of their recent acquisition from LiveChat which has been growing very fast since 2016 when acquired. We were able solve problems around engaging customers via Facebook ads without needing an agency/team dedicated solely towards marketing online campaigns only - perfect solution if someone else doesn’t want all aspects related to digital advertising.
