It suits me. I had no issues with the slider moving or getting too loose as I've read in other reviews. I've been using it 5 days a week since I bought it over 2 months ago. I wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher. This was a good and cheap replacement for the original lid on my RTIC mug. I particularly like the tongue that allows the lid to be easily removed. The original didn't have that, and I always had a hell of a time to take the lid off.
